Monday, September 5, 2011 at the age of 68 years. Beloved husband of Judith nee Hammernik. Dear father of Steven Terri Spak, Jean Mike Zulka and James Sheila Spak. Grandfather of Neal Spak Candice and Jason Spak. Great grandfather of Cory and Chloe Jean Spak. Brother of Holly Ralph Giese. Uncle of Chad and Chris Allison. Further survived by brother-in-laws, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation Friday September 9, 10-1PM with funeral services at 1PM at the funeral home. Interment Forest Hill Memorial Park.
Jim was a long time mixologist at Bryant’s Lounge. Memorials in Jim’s name appreciated.
