Julien, James Rea “Ray”

Entered into Eternal Life on July 20, 2009 at the age of 78. Beloved husband and travel partner for 53 years of Patricia nee Purtell. Proceeded in death by parents Kathryn nee Rea and Jess, and son Michael. Loving father to Susan Darrell Dummer, Brian , and Mary Kay Christopher Paul. Proud grandfather of Matthew, Amanda, and Michael Dummer and Julienne, Sierra and Haley Paul. Dear brother of Mary Gail Mike Fedderly. Also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 27th 10am – 11am at ST. MARY’S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 9520 W. Forest Home, Hales Corners, WI with Funeral Mass at 11am Please allow extra time due to construction in the area.

Rea was originally from Chicago, but lived most of his adult life in the Milwaukee area. Prior to his retirement he worked at Square D and Asea for many years. After retiring 17 years ago, Rea and Pat traveled extensively in the U.S., Mexico, Canada, and Europe. For the past 15 years, he and wife Pat were “Winter Texans” with summers spent in Wisconsin.

The family would like to thank all of those at Froedtert Hospital and Ruth Hospice who provided such loving care. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Heifer International are appreciated.
