James Richard Fonslow “Jim” or “JB”
Passed away at home on April 28, 2021, while in hospice care, after a brave two year battle with lung cancer. Jim/JB was born January 19, 1945 to Edmund and Ruth (Harrigan) Fonslow in Milwaukee. He graduated from Francis Jordan HS in 1963 and Marquette U in 1968. He loved the outdoors and was an avid fisherman and hunter. Survived by his loving wife Linda (Vazquez), having just celebrated their 52nd wedding anniversary on the 19th. Loving father to Bryan (Shilpi) and Daryl (Caitlyn). “Gramps” to his three grandsons Kiaan, Valen and Cash. Also survived by brother John (Marie) and niece Bridget (Tim) Cesar, as well as dear friends and special neighbors.
Jim was a committed blood donor, donating well over 100 pints of blood in his lifetime, as well as being a bone marrow donor in 1992. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating blood or making a contribution to Versiti Blood Research Institute Foundation in Jim’s memory.
