Born to Eternal Life on Monday, July 16th 2012 at the age of 67 years. Beloved wife of Peter. Loving mother of Kenneth Ellen, Peter Maria, Tom Judy and the late Jennifer. Proud grandmother of Sam, Emily, Anna, Clare, Francis, Isabella, Matthew and Ryan. Great-grandmother of Olivia and Meliah. Also survived by cousins and other relatives and friends.

Visitation Thursday, July 19th at the Funeral Home from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM with a Rosary service at 7:00 PM. Visitation will resume Friday, July 20th at the Funeral Home from 9:00 – 9:45 am with Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow at Good Hope Cemetery.

Jan was a longtime food service employee at Oak Creek High School.
