Sister of Kenneth Hebert, Sister-in-law of MaxineNicholasMilano, Tod Kulas, CarolRobertBulgrin, MarkJeanKulas, PatrickAnnKulas, Donald Kulas and Glennfiance CarleneKulas. Also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial thursday, March 15 at 10:30AM at St. Leonard’s Catholic Church, W 173 S7743 Westwood Dr., Muskego. Please meet at church. Entombment Mt.Olivet Cemetery. In state wednesday at the funeral home from 4-8PM and thursday at the church from 10:00 AM until the time of mass at 10:30 AM. Parish vigil wednesday evening at the funeral home at 7:30 PM. Jan provided transportation services for patients at West Allis Memorial Hospital. In memory of Jan, blood donations to The Blood Center of Southeastern, WI. in her name would be appreciated.
