Eaton, Jean M. (Nee DeLuca)
Peacefully passed away Monday, August 5, 2013 at the age of 93.
Jean Marie Eaton was born on November 8, 1919. Daughter to Italian immigrants Adele Cicetti and Gust (Costonzo) DeLuca in Chisholm, Minnesota.
Beloved wife of the late William R. Eaton. Loved and cherished mother to Patricia A. (Thomas) Ptak, James M. (Kathleen) Eaton, Jean C. Campbell and Susan M. (William) Chandler. Jean has been a blessing to, and blessed with, nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. She is survived by Antonia Peterson and Jim (Lou) DeLuca; and Richard (Diane) Eaton and Roberta Eaton. Preceded in death by siblings; Carmella, Ben, Dominick, Ann, Primo, Angela, John and Minnie; and in-laws; Tom, Edna, Edna, John, Glen, Mary, Francis, James, Jean, Patrick and Nora.
She was a loyal employee at Johnson Service Controls for 27 years. A special thank-you to Vitas-Ruth Hospice for their care and support given to Jean and her family.
A mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday at St. Matthews at 10:30AM (meet at the church). Visitation will be held Monday at the FUNERAL HOME from 4-7PM with a vigil service at 7PM. Interment Tuesday at Forest Hill Memorial Park Cemetery following mass.
