Jeffrey Charles Niles

Was born January 12, 1954 and passed away December 19th, 2024, with his brothers, Scott and Kurt, and his long-time significant other, Yvonne Jolly at his bedside.  Jeff was born in Milwaukee and migrated to the Town of Raymond with his family when his parents Charles and Eleanor started 7 Mile Fair in 1961.  Jeff served as Head of Operations and Maintenance, as well as co-owner of 7 Mile Fair, until his retirement.

A mechanic at heart, in his early years Jeff built a Diamond Rio dump truck from the ground up. He hauled sand and gravel for what was then Concerco Redimix. He loved being in The Shop at the Farm and working on vehicles. When he wasn’t doing that, he was enjoying old Westerns and relaxing in his cabin. Jeff had many friends and was well-known in his community. He will be greatly missed by many.

Jeff is survived by his brothers, Scott (Abir) and Kurt (Shannon), and sister Cindy (Raymond). He will now join his sister Wendy, and his parents, Eleanor and Charles up in Heaven. He is further survived by his nieces, nephews and extended family.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 8th from 12-1pm at Heritage Funeral Homes – Oak Creek (9200 S. 27th St.).  A funeral service will follow, starting at 1pm.  Internment will take place at Oak Grove Cemetery – Raymond, WI.

I will miss Jeff greatly. I remember having coffee and toast in the mornings at the office with Coco barking in the back ground and Jeff telling her “Go take a Run”. He said it to her everyday and it always made me smile. I still to this day tell her to go take a run.

Ken and I, were so sad to hear of Jeff’s passing. Jeff would come into our restaurant, with a big handsome smile and lively conversation, that we always looked forward to. Enjoy the peace and quiet up there., Jeff.
