Passed away on Friday, December 21, 2018 at the age of 63 years. Beloved Husband of Debbie (Nee Plautz). Loving Dad of Justin (Janelle) and Katie (Andy) White. Dear Papa of Tyler, Kayleigh and Emmett. Brother of Bill (Karen), Nancy, Mark, Jim, Chrissy (Mike) Benish and Judy. Brother-in-law of Robert (Deb) Plautz and Barb (Bob) Abramowski. Son-in-law of Maycel Plautz. Also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Theodore and Dolores Falk and father-in-law Robert Plautz.
Visitation will be Thursday, December 27, 2018 from 9:30AM-11:30AM at the FUNERAL HOME with a Funeral Service at 11:30AM. Interment at Arlington Park Cemetery.
Jeffrey retired from Milwaukee Public Schools.
