Jeff’s journey has been completed on September 20, 2010, at the age of 46 years, after a courageous 15 year battle with cancer. Partner in faith for over 20 years to Jennifer nee Crull. Loving dad of Nicholaus, Brandon, Brittany, and “Hershey.” Priceless son of Diane and Phil Beltran and Bob and Addie Johnson. Loving brother of Chris Matt Serdynski, Kathy Ross Youngell, Kathy Docter, Tom Slivicke, Vicki Beltran, the late Doug Beltran, and the late Terry Slivicke. Fun loving uncle of Angie Bryan, Jenni Eric, Steve, David, Derek, Hillary, and babies Zach and Olivia.

Memorial visitation will be held Friday, at the FUNERAL HOME, from 4 ? 7 PM with a Celebration of Life at 7 PM.
