Jesse was proud to be raised in Crystal City, TX; a pride he carried throughout his life. He and Janet were blessed with many happy years of marriage and a wonderful family. Spending time with them and those he loved was his favorite way to pass time. He was a devoted employee as a truck driver, earning many awards and accolades over the years for safety and seniority. He worked at Sysco for 32 years and then at Averitt for another nine before entering retirement. Jesse enjoyed fishing, gardening, and watching boxing and a variety of other sports. He also took pride in his 2001 Chevy SS10 pickup truck “Black Beauty.” His family on earth will miss him dearly, while his family in Heaven rejoices their reunion.
Visitation to take place Thursday, September 1st, 2022 from 5-7pm at HERITAGE FUNERAL HOME (9200 S 27th St, Oak Creek) with a service to begin at 7pm. Private cremation to follow so he can rest with his parents in Crystal City, TX.
