Jo Ann Mann

(nee Goldberger) August 6, 2013, age 92 years. Wife of the late John Weil Mann. Mother of Jane Mann Gellman, Judith A “Judy” Mann, and John D. “Chip” (Kate Meissner) Mann. Grandmother of Sarah (Gina Rodondi) Mann Gellman, Benjamin D. (Rebecca “Becky”) Mann, Samuel J. Mann, Aaron M. (Dr. Elizabeth) Mann. Great-grandmother of Ariana Leah Mann and Silas Gellman Rodondi. Sister of Dr. Robert E. (Muriel) Goldberger.

A life-long Girl Scout, Jo Ann served as President of the Girl Scouts of Milwaukee and on the Board of Girl Scouts of the USA. A Captain in the Women’s Army Air Corps, she served in Casablanca, Morocco during WWII. She taught physical education at St. John’s Cathedral HS for many years.
