72, of Franklin, passed away peacefully on Saturday April 11, 2015 at home with her husband John for 52 years, her daughter Michelle Lazarr and close friend Rita by her side.

Further survived by many relatives and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Gary Kamer and friends Diane Gronseth and Rita Grulkowski for their help. Joan was able to spend the last 5 years at home with her family.

Joan was a preschool teacher for 14 years and loved children. Prior to preschool teaching, she had worked at Allen Bradley.

A Memorial Gathering will be held Saturday April 25, 2015 at 11:30AM at the Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will follow at 12(Noon). In Lieu of flowers, memorials to the charity of your choice in Joan’s name.
