Reunited with his beloved wife of 53 years Marlene M. (nee Meiers) on Monday, July 20, 2015 age 77 years, having been apart less than a month. Loving father of John (Nicki) and Mike (Carol). Proud grandfather “Boppie” of Ashley, Makayla, Elizabeth and John. Dear brother-in-law of Irene (John) Bayer and Margaret “Peggy” (Fred) Kleczka. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation Monday, July 27 from 4-6 PM at OUR LADY OF LOURDES CATHOLIC CHURCH, 3722 South 58th Street. Mass of Christian Burial at 6:00 PM. Private interment Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.

Al was proud to have served as a Milwauke Police Officer, a US Army Veteran and member of Milwaukee Police Post #415 of the American Legion.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name to the Froedtert Hospital Foundation – Cancer Center would be appreciated.
