John Gerald Kemp

Passed peacefully on Monday May 28, 2018 at the age of 87 years. Husband of the late Bernice. Best Friend of Maryanne Paulos. Dear Father of Lee and Gary Kemp. Grandfather of Joanna, Samantha, and Chandler. Brother of Robert (Mary) Kemp of Concord, MA. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

A visitation will be held Saturday from 9:30 to 11AM at St. Alphonsus Church, 6060 W. Loomis Rd. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 AM. Private entombment Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

John was an employee of Dyrko and Arts Cameras Plus. He was also an usher at St. Alphonsus and a member of the Young at Heart Club. John also enjoyed giving his time working for Habitat for Humanity. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Alphonsus and St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
