He peacefully died on Tues April 17, 2001 at the age of 79 years. Beloved husband of Evelyn nee Kometter. Dear dad of Robert Ellen and James Lynn Pinterics. Grandpa of Tony Jenny and Tammy Dale Spannbauer Pinterics. Great-grandpa of Joshua. Brother of Frank, Louie, George Marcy Pinterics and Katherine Peteranetz. Brother-in-law of June Donald Spille. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Retiree of Champion Box employed for over 40 years. John was president of Local 295 United Paperworks of America and served his country during WWII.
