Reunited with his beloved wife Margaret on Tuesday October 26, 2021, at the age of 83. Loving stepfather of Karen (Michael) LePine, Gretchen (John Chong) Sustachek, William (Hongcha) Sustachek, Elizabeth Doty, the late Joseph Sustachek, David (Laureen) Sustachek, Sue (the late Thomas) Hintz, Sally (Chris) Galewski, and Paul (Dina) Sustachek. Dear Grandfather of Chris (Karissa), Tony (Jenna), Melanie, Hayley, Leah, Jessica (Jeff), Dan, Katy, Max, Paul, Morgan, Meghan, Emily, the late Abbie, Ashley (Kyle), Tony, Jesse, Austin (Carly) and Skylar (Edward Jr.). Loving Great grandpa of Cameron, Kennedy, Emme, Leighton, Nathan, Grant, Luke, Edward III, and Margaret Rose. Dear Brother of Marilyn (Sherman) French and George (Kathleen) Dahlem. Uncle of Michael, Kristen, Matthew, and Angela. Also survived by great nieces, great nephews, other family, and friends.
Visitation, Thursday November 4th from 5pm- 7pm at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 9303 S Chicago Rd. Oak Creek with a Mass of Christian Burial at 7pm. Private family interment. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the church appreciated.
Jack was a firefighter for the City of Oak Creek fire department for 25 years. He was an avid sports fan and could be found in the bleachers of the Oak Creek High School sporting events.
