Called home to the Lord on Friday Jan. 15, 2016 age 71yrs. Beloved husband of Bette (nee Stockinger). Dear father of Beth (Peter) Spano, Michelle (Tracy Chambers) Sims, the late Douglas Hinrichs and Morgan (Nathan Evenson) Ellison. Loving grandpa of Collin, Ceirra, Zachary, Dominic and Arianna. Brother of Susan (the late Dwight) Shumway. Jon will also be missed by his dog Rusty. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will take place on Friday Jan. 22, 2016 at HALES CORNERS LUTHERAN CHURCH 12300 W. Janesville Road from 11:00am until the time of service at 1:00pm. The Rev. Joseph Robb officiating.
Jon’s family would like to thank the nursing staff at St Luke’s Hospital for their loving care. If so desired, memorials to Martin Luther High School Concert Choir greatly appreciated.
