Joe was a quiet, self-possessed person of few words, but those that he spoke were remembered by all our family. “So far, so good”
I always enjoyed being in Joe’s company – Cheers to his long, healthy, well-travelled life! La dolce vita Joe!
Joe was a good man. He was a good husband to my sister, Polly. He was a generous host. He always gave compliments to Polly for her cooking and gave her credit for doing everything. Joe knew it was important to relax and enjoy life. He set a good example others could follow.
Mr. Tarantino was a teacher of mine at Marshall High school. I remember a “test” he gave us. One of the questions was who was buried in Grant’s Tomb; another was who discovered Hudson’s Bay.
Fond memories of him.
