Passed away Thursday, October 8, 2015 at the age of 55 years. Beloved Husband of Donna (Nee Brzozowy). Son of Diane and the late Melvin Sr.. Brother of the late John (the late Lori), Danny, Melvin Jr. (Sandy) and Jackie (Kip) Bliss and the late Lloyd. Also survived by brothers and sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation Tuesday at the FUNERAL HOME from 10AM-1PM with a Funeral Service at 1PM. Interment at St. Adalbert’s Cemetery.
