Sunday October 25. Age 87. United in marriage to the love of his life, Marie, May 29, 1947. Father of Joe JoAnn, Jim, Sally Mike and Beth Mike. Grandfather of Steve, David, JR, Jackie, Ryan, Chad, Mindy, Todd, Jason, Jordan, David and Kassi. Great-grandfather of Ella, Benjamin Robert, Ben, Madisen, Ayden, Emma, Alyssa and Layne. Brother of Louise Wojczak. Uncle of Cindy and Greg. Also survived by other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his grandson Paul and sister Mary Larry Graziano.
Funeral Mass will be at ST. MARY PARISH 9520 W. Forest Home Ave. Thursday at 11AM. Visitation at the church from 10AM until the time of mass. Interment at Highland Memorial Park.
Joe graduated from West Milwaukee High as class president and valedictorian in 1940. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1942-1946. Joe then graduated from Marquette University in 1954. He retired from Wisconsin Gas Company in 1984. Joe was a member of the VFW and Disabled Vets.
Christmas Eve was always a special night where Grandpa brought the magic of Santa to the grandkids and great-grandkids.
