Josephine Heiser passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 3, 2019, at 99 years of age. Josephine E Heiser was born on March 21, 1920 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Jo is remembered by all as a woman who radiated love to those who had the pleasure of knowing her. She was a true matriarch, and was the heart and soul of her family. Jo’s commitment to those she loved shone through in all aspects of her life; she always made people feel accepted, cherished, cared for, and supported. Her faith was a pivotal part of her life. She was a member of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church in Milwaukee, and always lived by the charitable tenants of her faith. She leaves behind an outstanding legacy of love, compassion, and goodwill. Her family and friends will always remember her for providing a perfect example of unconditional love, and will continue to walk through life living by her example.

She is preceded in death by her parents Ben and Jenny Spera, husband Robert Heiser, daughter Sharon Daniels, daughter-in-law Michele Heiser, and her sister Frances Wiese, She is survived by her daughter Wendy (Paul) Clauder, Son Robert Heiser, and son-in-law Guy Daniels. Her grandchildren, Bradley (Julie) Daniels, Lesley (Tim) Jacobs, Eric (Elizabeth) Clauder, Nicole (Matt) Heiser, Kristen (Alex) Clauder, Kurt (Heather) Heiser. Also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, niece, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family would like to thank the loving and caring staff at Mission Creek Assisted Living Center who made her feel like a special part of their family and provided a safe and living environment for her final years.

Visitation will be held Saturday, November 9, 2019 at the FUNERAL HOME 10-1130AM followed by a service at 1130AM. Interment Graceland Cemetery (6401 N. 43rd St.).
