Of Bay View. Age 86 yrs. Born to eternal life November 26, 2010 Proceeded in death by his beloved wife Mary Jo nee- Deppisch of 49 1/2 years. Loving father of Thomas Mary, Kathleen Tom D’Acquisto, Patricia Michael Berezowitz, Bridget Larry Lenz, Mary Michael Rogowski, Timothy, Ellen Roy Gregg, Ann Ameri and John Helen McCormick. Proud grandfather of Ellery, Amber, Paul, Margaret, Joseph, Nasreen, Jacob, Claire, Zachary, Vincent, Garrett, Haley, Ephraim, Emily, Mark, John , Joanna and 7 great grand children. Dearest brother of David, Richard, Mary Middlemas and Catherine Schimenz. Further survived by other relatives and many good friends. Visitation Wednesday, December 01, 2010 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm at the funeral home and Thursday, December 02, 2010 9:00 am – 10:00 am at IMMACULATE CONCEPTION CHURCH 1023 E. Russell Ave. A Mass of the Resurrection will be held at 10:00 am. Interment Calvary Cemetery. Judge McCormick was a lifelong resident of Bay View, elected to the state Assembly 1960 – 1972, the longest serving Circuit Court Judge 1972 – 2004. WWII Army Air Corp B24 Navigator.
