Found peace on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at the age of 76 surrounded by family. Preceded in death by her husband Don of 35 years, parents Carl and Mary Serio, and brother Jerry (Sue). Loving and supportive mother of Kris (Greg), and Bill (Beth). Cherished and doting grandmother of Sonora and Grayland. Judy had a close-knit relationship with brothers-in-law Paul (Mary) and Ken (Carol). Loved and further survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Honorary mother and grandmother to the Brian & Claudine Butzine Family.
Judy faithfully served the senior community of Wauwatosa through her work at the YMCA until she retired in 2010.
Judy will be fondly remembered for her unwavering love and support of family and friends.
A memorial gathering will take place on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at Holy Apostles Church (16000 W National Ave, New Berlin) from 9am until the time of mass at 11am. Private family inurnment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations to American Cancer Society and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital are appreciated.
