Kathleen Margaret Hintz

Kathleen Margaret Hintz (née Myers) age 80, of New Berlin, Wisconsin entered eternal rest
surrounded by her loving family on August 15, 2024.

Kathy is survived by her devoted husband Gary Hintz, her grateful daughter and son-in-law; Ted
and Cynthia McLeod. Her treasured grandchildren; Samantha (Andrew Meyer), Alexander
McLeod (Ellie), and Riley McLeod (Jacob). Kathy became great grandmother to sweet River
John Meyer on July 22, 2024.

Kathy is further survived by her faithful sisters Barbara (late William Klabunde), Marcia (Walter
Mihm) and brother Kurt Myers. She will be remembered by her adored nieces and nephews
Bryon Klabunde, Douglas Klabunde (Terry), Karla (Daniel Sonnenburg), Kelly (Gordy Michels),
Jaime (Ed Casper) Teri Miller and Dawn (Thomas Bantz).

Kathy was born on August 24, 1943 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to a loving home based in
Christian faith. She attended St. Jacobi Lutheran School and later Nathan Hale High School.
Kathy was a talented bookkeeper for car dealerships and tool and die companies throughout
her career.

Kathy married Gary Hintz on July 18, 1966 at Good Shepherd’s Lutheran Church in West Allis,
Wisconsin. Throughout their 58 years of marriage, they enjoyed a beautiful life filled with love,
family and friends. Kathy was ever present for her husband, her daughter, her grandchildren
and was passionate about travel, breakfast at George Webbs, and her beloved Green Bay
Packers.

Kathy will be greeted at heaven’s gate by her cherished best friends Bob and Sandy Miller.

Please join us for Kathy’s celebration of life on Thursday, August 22, 2024 at Blessed Savior
Lutheran Church (15250 W Cleveland Ave, New Berlin, WI 53151) where Kathy was a member
for over 40 years and served on the Ladies Altar Guild. Visitation will take place from 10:00 AM
to 11:45 AM with a service beginning at 12:00 PM.

Kathleen’s memory will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

    Gary, Cindi, Ted, Sam, Andrew, Riley, Alex and River, I am very sorry
    for your loss and send my deepest condolences to you and all of your family.

    Kathy was one of the kindest people I have ever known, always a smile, always
    a kind word. I feel honored that she was a part of my life for the past forty years.

    She will be deeply missed.

    My heart aches for you.! We all have that clause in the beginning which sets the scene 50% of us married folks will face: … I take you to be my wife TILL DEATH US DO PART.
    Gary, nothing but textbook perfect. Nothing but death separated the two of you. I’m on the hospital right now! The Lord bless you & yours!
