Passed away at 56 years old, Sunday, August 26, 2012 after a courageous battle with Picks Disease. Ken embraced being with family and friends, enjoyed the game of golf, avid car lover, terrific sense of humor, jokester, generous, loving, kind, and always the life of the party. He will be remembered by all the lives he has touched.

Deeply missed by his entire family and friends. Beloved husband of Sherri nee Lazor. Loving father of Jennifer Nick Burkee, Michael Kenneth Brandt and the late Steven Anthony Schmidt. Proud grandpa of the soon to be arriving “baby girl”…Kenzington Burkee. Loving son of Gerald and Joyce Puschnig. Dear brother of Cindy Randy Hirschfield, Jeff Claudia Puschnig, Steven Kim Puschnig and the late Michael G. Brandt. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.

Kenneth was a 1973 graduate of Oak Creek High School and retired after 35 years of hard work and dedication from P&H Mining.

Family and friends will gather Friday, August 31 at the funeral home from 4-6 pm with a Memorial Service at 6:00 pm. Private interment Forest Hill Memorial Park.
