Soman, Kim J. “Kimber”

(nee Durant) Passed away peacefully on March 8, 2020 at the age of 54. Beloved mother of Kristen Durant, Sara McQuary, Stacy Peralta, Emmy McQuary, Liliana Durant, and Evelyn Cruz. Dear daughter of Leo Sam and the late LaRayne Durant. Beloved sister of Amanda Durant, the late Steve, the late Leo Sam Jr., Amy Durant, and Mitchell Durant. Step-sister of Jamie Brisbois, Caroline Brisbois, and Jackie Olney. Also survived by step-children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Services will be held at a later date.

    My beautiful sistah, whom i met 11 yrs ago online, & held that friendship & bond with for so long, i will miss u so much, hearing ur accent on the phone, having a drink with u, our private jokes about cucumbers lol, hearing u laugh, & going thru the ups & downs of our lives together, i love u my sistah alwayz & 4eva’s, Rest in peace now sis, & i will see u when i get there, arohamai my sis, Haere haere haere atu ra, moe mai my sis❤❤

    I will always have the memory of when we meet..we lived at the Columbia River..warm summer days swimming undrr the hood river bridge..our private beach back then….RIP Kim..prayers for your journey home….

    My mama…. We had lots of good times together. I wish we could have had more. This just doesn’t seem real still, but you’re not sick anymore. Fly high. You will be missed by many. Love u mucho mama 💙😢
