My wife, Cindy, and I are truly saddened to learn of the news of Klaus’s death. We were very close to Klaus for so many years both as a friend and during my own time working with him in the oils and fats arena. He will be sorely missed by so many associates and friends. Barry Smith

    Dear Torsten & Family,

My heartfelt condolence to you and family. Klaus taught me so much during my working time with him in the margarine business, always to the highest standards and always very patient in explaining everything. It was a priviledge to have known him.

    Dear Torsten and Family,

I want to give my condolence to all of you. I count Klaus as a very good friend and had the honour to spend a lot of time with him during my Margarine career. I learn so much from him and we became very good friend during that time. I keep very good souvenir of him.
