Kristie Ann North 72 years old.

Kristie Ann (nee Schulte) North, of Acworth, Georgia, passed away at 4:55 AM, Wednesday, September 24, 2013. She was born August 22, 1941 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Robert and Hildegarde (Pat) Schulte.

She is survived by her husband John North also of Acworth, Georgia, her daughter Rebecca Claire North Ramaley of Sydney, Australia, her sister Mary Ellen Brzonkala of Fairfax, Virginia and her brother Greg Schulte of Milwaukee.

Her father, Robert G. Schulte, her mother Hildegarde Schulte (nee Patock) and brother, Phillip Schulte, preceded her in death.

Kristie was a long time resident of Colorado where she lived after leaving her childhood home in Milwaukee. She also spent a number of years in Annapolis, Maryland before moving to Acworth, Georgia in 2005.

Kristie graduated from St. Mary’s Academy Milwaukee in 1959, and went on to achieve Degrees in Education from the College of Saint Teresa, Winona, Minnesota.
She was a school teacher for many years in the Jefferson County Colorado school system. Kristie was a loving wife and an attentive mother. She was an artist, created beautiful handicrafts, loved gardening and interior decorating. She continually sought to expand her knowledge through reading and research.

Kristie was a vibrant soul, when she laughed it was beautiful to hear. She made friends easily and loved meeting and speaking with people from all walks of life. She will be missed very deeply.

Funeral services will be held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at Mount Olivet at 11 am, Monday October 7, 2013.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Wellstar Tranquility Kennesaw Hospice and American Kidney Association.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the staff of Tranquility for their support in her final days.
