Born to eternal life Thur. Dec. 4, 2008 at the age of 57 yrs. Beloved husband of the late Sandra Barr nee Taylor. Loving son of Mabel and the late Harold “Harpo” Barr. Dear brother of Candace Pat Clark, Robin Neil Radtke and Kyle Marie Barr. Cherished step-father of Ronald Jody Bredfeld. Wonderful grandfather of Katie, Alyssa and Briana. Dear uncle of Bradley, Tabetha, Brandon, Nathaniel, Justin Becky, Andrew, Morgan, Jessica and Ashlee. Great- uncle of Lila. Further survived by other relatives and many dear friends.
Visitation Sun. Dec. 7 at the funeral home from 3-6 PM with Funeral Service at 6:00 PM. Rev. Keith Johnson, officiating. Please meet at Good Hope Cemetery Mon. Dec. 8 at 8:30 AM for Interment and Military Honors.
Lane proudly served in the US Army during the Vietnam War and worked in MPS Food Service for many years. He loved life, enjoyed bowling, golf, and supporting New Berlin Eisenhower HS. He also enjoyed sharing the humor in life, the Three Stooges, Seinfeld and especially Looney Toons.
