Found peace March 31, 2002 at age 74 yrs. Loving husband for 50years to Lois nee Hopf. Father of Barbara Robert Nimz, Ricky, Gary JoAnna Smith, Chris, Deanna David Franklin, Jeannie Leonard Fiedler. Proud and loving grandpa of Ryan and Jessica Caflisch, Eric and Adam Caflisch,Joshua Caflisch, Sheila and Gage Franklin, Justin, Craig and Kyle Fiedler. Dear Brother of Caroline Clarence Kaderbek, Rosella Bastian, Pearl Leroy Folletz,Geraldine Gene Bielke, Laurel Caflisch, Dale Caflisch, Alice Ken Halterman. Dear brother-in-law of Vera Donald Glisch, Virginia Jerome Markowski. Preceded in death by a son,Terry Allen, Daughters-in-law Kathleen and Kim, brothers, William and Frederick, sister, Ruby Bracker Kidd, Brothers-in-law William Krueger, Howard Bastian, Richard Hopf and sister-in-law Donna Hopf. Laurence was a veteran serving from February 1946 to March 1950. He was awarded an Occupation Medal Germany. Will also be missed by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. You’ll always be a part of our lives. Funeral service Thurs evening 7pm at the Funeral Home Chapel. Private interment Forest Hill Memorial Park Cemetery. In state Thurs from 4pm until the time of service 7pm. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Franciscan Villa Adult Day Care of South Milwaukee or to the American Heart Association.
