(nee Graczyk.) She was our joy for many years! Though she goes on to a better place after many struggles, she will be dearly missed, especially by her children. Passed away Dec. 7, 2012 at the age of 35 yrs. Dearest wife of Edward J. Wolfarth. Mother of Phillip, Emily and Isabella; stepmother of Edward, Jr. Survived by her parents Phillip and Theresa Graczyk, her brother Steve and her mother-in-law, Emily Wolfarth. Also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends. Visitation Wed. Dec. 12th, 5:30-7pm with Funeral Mass at 7pm at ST. ELIZABETH ANN SETON CHURCH, 12700 W. Howard Ave. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, a fund will be set up by her parents for her children’s benefit.
