I’m so sorry to hear of your loss. My mother, Rosemary Beermann, was a good friend of Lonnie and Loretta. She was a member of their monthly club. I know the club was very important to her. When/if the time is right, I will let my mom know. She’s having some difficulties, especially now with the lockdown due to the virus.

My sincere sympathy to family. I knew Lonnie for many many years as a fellow member of St. Stephen church where my Mom was also a member until she passed away in 1998. I also had the good fortune of working with Lonnie at Family Service of Milwaukee in the 1980s. Lonnie was a caring caregiver to many of her older clients who loved and appreciated her caring ways. Peace & blessings be to Lonnie and her family.

I am the sister of Lonnie, and have had so many blessed times spent with Lonnie and her family.. We were separated by circumstances for part of our lives, but as adults, we were reunited again. Many fun, precious times were had after our reunion. Even though we were apart, we discovered how much we were similar as sisters. Lonnie and Hans welcomed us in, and we got to enjoy the best Milwaukee had to offer. We looked forward to our yearly visits, and had so much fun. Someday, we will be reunited again, and we can stroll around heaven all day. Our blessing to the children of Lonnie and we know God will be your comforter. Sister, Rene Hoem.
