Went home to be with her Savior on June 5, 2018 at the age of 49 years, after a courageous 12 year battle with ovarian cancer. She was born to Gerald and Sue Johanning on December 26, 1968 in Belvidere, IL. She graduated from Northland Lutheran High School in Merrill, WI. LeAnn received a BA in Accounting at U.W.Stout and an MBA from Keller School of Management. She was most recently employed at Miller-Coors, in the tax department. She was preceded in death by her father. She is survived by her mother, Sue, and two sisters; Laura (Tim) Nye and Linda Johanning, nieces Gabrielle and Sara Nye and her two devoted cats. Her interests included a variety of crafts, cooking/baking, music and the Packers.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 8 at Peace Lutheran Church, 17651 W. Small Rd., New Berlin from 2PM to the time of service at 4PM. Burial will be held Saturday at Pine Grove Cemetery, Wausau at 11:30AM.
Memorials in LeAnn’s memory can be made to Peace Lutheran Church or the American Cancer Society-Ovarian Cancer. The family wishes to thank Dr. William Bradley and his staff at Froedtert for their compassion and care.
