Leo Mierzwinski

Mierzwinski, Leo
Age 88 years, died in Milwaukee, February 10. 2014. Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Septembe 2, 1926 to Ignatz and Katherine (nee Sobczak) Mierzwinski. On June 12, 1966 he married Caroline (formerly Leinberger, nee Wehausen). He was preceded in death by his son Thomas Mierzwinski and his daughter Kathleen Koch.
Leo proudly served as a Seaman First Class, United States Navy during WW II. Later he beautified many homes as a painter and decorator. He loved hunting, fishing and bowling.
He will be missed by his wife Caroline, son Leo Jr. and by many other family members. He is further survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Friday, February 14 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the Funeral Home, followed by the Funeral Service at 2:00 PM. Private interment Arlington Park Cemetery.
