December 26, 2011 at the age of 101 years. Beloved wife of the late Edward R. Polczynski. Dear mother of Mary K. Polczynski and the late Ann Ellen Polczynski. Aunt of Frederick Mary Jane Stamm, Peter Jackie Stamm, the late Robert Sandy Polczynski, the late James Joan Polczynski and Ruth Ann Paul Stevens. Great Aunt of David Lisa Stamm, Shelly John Conrad and Alex Stamm. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation Friday December 30, 2011 from 9-10:15AM at BLESSED SACRAMENT, 3100 S. 41 Street, with the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30AM. Interment Holy Trinity Cemetery. Member of the Christian Women’s and Seniors of Blessed Sacrament Church. Special thanks to West Allis Memorial Hospital 7th floor south staff and Zilber Hospice staff for their loving care of mom. In lieu of flowers memorials to St. Ben’s Meal Program appreciated.
