(nee Kovalaske) Passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 9th, 2016, age 102. Loving wife of the late Gerald. Beloved mother of the late Raymond, Geraldine, Sandy (Laurence), and Nadine (Felix). Survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held at the FUNERAL HOME on Thursday, October 13th, from 4-7PM, followed by the funeral service at 7PM. Additional visitation at the FUNERAL HOME on Friday, October 14th, from 9:30-10AM. Interment Painesville Cemetery, Franklin.
Leona was an avid bowler for many years, and was a longtime member of Rebekah Lodge. She was also a beloved foster mother to many children.
