Leona Wszalek

Passed away on Thursday, September 14, 2023, age 94 years.  Loving wife of the late Ted Wszalek.  Dear mother of Irene(Jim) Scheuerell and Bob(Jacki) Wszalek.  Grandmother of Matthew(Megan) Wszalek and Michael(Adoreé) Wszalek.  Great grandmother of Charles, Cameron, Chase, Van, and Vera Wszalek.  Also survived by other relatives and friends.

Leona arrived in Milwaukee as a French war bride in 1946.  In 2000, she then moved to Sun City West, AZ to be near her son and his family.  In Milwaukee, she was a member of St. Augustine SALS and was a regular volunteer at their Fish Fry’s.

A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, September 24, 2023 at The Beautitudes in Phoenix, AZ.
