of Brookfield, went home to his Heavenly Father on Sunday, August 19, 2007. Age 56 years. Beloved husband of Karen Kilchenmann. Cherished father of Jennifer Jeremy Schultz and Amy. Dear stepdad of Megan and Jillian Walker. Grandfather of Jacob. Son of Harriet nee Schwarz and the late William. Brother of Barbara Gary Troy and Mary. Also survived by other relatives and friends.
Len was born in Milwaukee and attended Garden Homes Lutheran Church and School. In 1967, Len and his family joined St. John?s Ev. Lutheran Church. He graduated from Wisconsin Lutheran High School in 1969 and went on to graduate from UWM in 1973 with a B.B.A. Len joined Christ the Lord Lutheran Church in 1980 with his wife and two daughters. He worked in various accounting and business positions, including Business Manager at WLHS and most recently was employed with RBC Dain Rauscher. Len was extremely proud of his family. He maintained his sense of humor as he fought a courageous battle against cancer with dignity and strength, never taking his eyes off of the Lord and His promise.
Funeral Service Friday, August 24 at 6:30 PM at CHRIST THE LORD EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 1650 N. Brookfield Rd., Brookfield. Interment St. John?s Cemetery, Milwaukee, WI. Visitation Friday at the church from 3:00 PM until the time of service 6:30 PM.
