(Nee Patnesky) Passed away Wednesday April 13, 2016, age 57 years. Wife of the late Richard. Mother of Jason(Susan) Janusz, Amanda(Michael)De Sautel, Stephanie(Spencer) Ross, and Kristin Busch. Grandmother of Austin, Jason, Marcellis, Peter, Sawyer, and Jaxon. Daughter of Joyce Patnesky and the late Ronald Patensky. Sister of the late Scott Patensky, Yolanda(Michael) Traut, and Adele Mohr. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

A visitation will be held Monday from 4:30-6:30PM. A Funeral Service will follow at 6:30PM.
