Of Dousman found peace Friday April 19, 2002 at the Beverly Terrace Nursing Home in Watertown at the age of 99 yrs. Born to parents Ralph W. and Lavina nee Baxter Pateman, Sept 16, 1902 in LaJunta, CO. Lloyd attended High School in Horicon, WI. On Sept 16, 1925 Lloyd married his bride the late Frances L. Schafer and lived in Lowell, WI. Until moving to Waukesha in 1928. In 1946 they moved to their home in Dousman and have resided there ever since. Lloyd worked as a welder at General Castings in Waukesha for many years and was the oldest member of St. Matthews Lutheran Church in Palmyra.
Lloyd is survived by his son Donald Jean of Stevensville, Montana and a daughter Janet Ralph Foltz of Dousman, WI. 9 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren, 2 Sisters in law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, also survive him.
A visitation will be held Weds. April 24, from 4-8 PM at the Funeral Home, and Thursday from 10AM until the time of service 11 AM at ST MATTHEWS LUTHERAN CHURCH 131 Main St. Palmyra. Pastor Steve Blyth officiating. Interment Prairie Home Cemetery, Waukesha.
