Peacefully passed away at home on Wednesday, April 27th, 2016, age 90. Beloved sister of Donald Ulezelski. Dear aunt of Linda Ulezelski. Preceded in death by her parents Peter and Gertrude. Also survived by other relatives and friends.
Special thanks to Fr. Paul Raj, and loving neighbors Dick and Becky, and Carl and Lorrie.
Visitation at the FUNERAL HOME on Monday, May 2nd, from 10-11AM, followed by funeral service at 11AM. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
