Passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at the age of 66. Preceded in death by his parents Antonio and Sara Borges. Beloved father of Justin Luis Borges and Danielle Borges. Dear brother of Joaquina Borges-Winfrey, Juan Antonio Borges, Angelo Borges,  the late Rogelio (Linda) Borges, Felipo (Wendy) Borges, Roberto Borges, and Madeline Borges.  Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
