Lynne Louise Rowe

(Nee Traxel)Passed away Saturday, March 24, 2018 at the age of 79 years. Loving Wife of the late Russell. Beloved mother of adoring daughter Lorraine (Tom Stamates) Kurtz, and Christine Hansen. Grandmother of Shawn, Michael, Danny and other great-grandchildren. Sister of William (Diane) Traxel and cousin of Don Littman. Also survived by good friends Carmon Mathy , Bonnie Pendzick, Doris Denzin, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Thursday, April 5 at St. Gregory the Great Church (3132 S. 63rd St.) from 10AM-11AM with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11AM. Interment at Arlington Cemetery.

Lynn was most proud of raising her daughters and was known for her generous heart and love of nature and animals. She was a longtime school crossing guard and was very involved with her church, belonging to the Widows Support Group, Christian Women’s Organization and the Tuesday Morning Scripture Group.
