Reunited with her beloved husband Rosario on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at the age of 72 years. Loving mother of Marianna (Joseph) Yanke, Antonina (the late Francesco) Balistreri, Frank Grasso and Domenico Grasso. Dear nana of Sarah, Christina (Michael), Anthony, Angela, Peter, Rosario, Rosario, Andrew, Rosario, Salvatore and Francesco. Cherished nanna of Isabella. Preceded in death by her parents Domenico and Antonina Matera and her brother Giuseppe, brother in law Frank and Sister in law Marilyn. Sister of Teresa, Maddalena, Antonia, Rosella, Giovanna, Michela and Rita. Also survived by nieces, nephews, sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Friday, July 28, 2017 at the FUNERAL HOME from 4PM-7PM with a Vigil Service at 7PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday 10:30AM at ST. CHARLES BORROMEO, 3100 W. Parnell. Please meet at the church. Entombment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
