Wildes, Marie M. (nee Arndt)

Found eternal rest Sept 23, 2017 at the age of 92. Beloved wife of the late Robert F. Wildes. Loving mother of Wade, Craig and Kurt. Dear grandmother of four grandchildren and caring aunt of Ron and Marge. Preceded in death by three sisters and an infant brother. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation to take place Wednesday, October 4th from 10-11AM, Mass of Christian burial to follow at 11AM at ST.VERONICA CHURCH (4001 So. Whitnall Ave Milwaukee). Interment to take place at Woodlawn Cemetery.

Marie had a great appreciation for nature and the outdoors. Together with her husband she enjoyed canoeing the Canadian Boundary Waters, Quetico Provincial Park, Sylvania Wilderness Backcounty, fishing trips to northern Wisconsin and Upper Michigan as well as the mountains of the northwestern United States and Canada along with deer and moose hunting. She also enjoyed sharing her Wautoma lake and woods properties with friends and family.

Do not stand at my grave and weep, I am not there – I did not die. I have Gone Home.
