Age 71. Passed away July 4, 2015. Devoted husband of Jayne Schmerling. Loving father of Michael and Jeff (Nayantara Mehta) Schmerling. Dear brother of Hope Weissman. Son-in-law of Leah Walvisch. Brother-in-law of Steven (Carol) Walvisch. Preceded in death by his parents Maurice and Shirley (nee Dorfman) Schmerling. Also survived by his niece, Laurie Walvisch, and many other loving cousins and friends.

Graveside Services Tues. July 7, 2015 at 11:00 AM at B’nai Zedek Cemtery, 1760 Sheridan Rd. Kenosha, WI 53140.
