Age 61, lost his courageous battle with cancer on Monday, August 30, 2010 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband and best friend of Kathleen nee Reiter. Loving “Pa” of John Lisette and Daniel Veronica Lewandowski. Proud “Papa” of Joseph, Brenna and Nicholas “Bubba”. Brother of Carol the late James Heinen, brother-in-law of Larry Reiter and Marilyn Thomas Schultz. Son of the late John and the late Helen Lewandowski: son-in-law of the late Joe and the late Nickie Reiter. Further survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins and many dear friends.

Retired from ABF Freight System with 22 years of service. Special thanks to Dr. Brenda Pierce, the staff at Aurora Advanced Healthcare-Franklin, Mike Markowski and Aurora VNA, and Zilber Family Hospice for their loving and compassionate care.

Visitation Friday, September 3 from 4-8 pm at the Funeral Home and on Saturday, September 4 from 10-10:45 am at ST VERONICA CHURCH, 4001 S. Whitnall Ave., Milwaukee followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am. Entombment St. Adalbert’s Cemetery.
