Mary Anne Zaffiro “Nana”

(nee Bergwall) Born to Eternal Life on Palm Sunday, March 29, 2015. AGE 91 years. Preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, John Michael Zaffiro. Cherished mother of Rosemarie Zaffiro Moser, Michael (Tina) Zaffiro and John Zaffiro. Survived by sisters Margaret and Charlotte. Grandmother of John, Matthew, Nikki and Jessica. Great-Grandmother of Alexander, Abigail, Jack, Sam, Emelia, Walt and Catherine.

The family wishes to thank Family Care whose services allowed Mary Anne to live independently for many years. Thanks to the staff of the Milwaukee Catholic Home, Mary Anne’s home the past four years for their loving care and support. Thanks to the staff of VITAS Hospice for their excellent and compassionate care these past weeks.

Memorial service will be held Saturday, April 25, 2015 at Three Holy Women Parish St. Rita Church, 1601 N. Cass Street, Milwaukee, WI with visitation at 12 Noon and Mass at 1:00 PM.
