Ernest Johnson is sad to announce the passing of his wife, Mary Johnson, on Sunday, September 6th at the age of 89. She resided at VMP Manor Park for over eight years, making countless friends, joyfully sharing their many self-documented world travels with all those she cared for, leading the exercise classes and accepting life’s challenges with complete grace. She was a fan of “Ernie” and the Green Bay Packers; actively pursued her hobbies of gardening, stained glass and feeding her beloved cardinals and always a joy to be around.

In addition to her three children, Bill(Marilyn) Klassy, the late Bob Klassy, and Betty Stewart, she had six stepdaughters, Christine Kelley, Karen Wille, Linda Gersonde, the late Jill Johnson, Judith Fuller and Donna Grabski, their spouses, as well as 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren who will all truly miss their beloved Grandmary.

A celebration of Mary’s life with memorial will be held for intimate family only.
We want to thank Mary for teaching us, loving us, and being in our lives.
