Born to Eternal Life April 29, 2012, age 45 years. Mother of Russell Danielle Jacobs, the late Thomas Olson, Allyssa Olson. Grandmother of Emma and Tyler Jacobs. Sister of Michael Moore and Martha Moore. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A visitation will be held on Thurs. at the FUNERAL HOME from 11-1 with a memorial service at 1 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated.
